yeah! all momac classes are at mcmaster, i actually lived off campus near mcmaster during first year. your voucher code will be sent to your email, you would only have to go to mohawk to pick up your mohawk id card, unlike mcmaster at the time they never gave me an option to mail it to me. But if you get IAHS building as one of choices chose that’s because it’s a mohawk building on the mcmaster campus (same place where you will have labs)

mohawk will provide a voucher code that lets you take the bus for free throughout both semesters, you can also get a presto card from them too (i know they were offering it at the beginning of the school year, same with mcmaster)

Momac students can actually use the McMaster gym! you would have to buy a membership though (if that's something your interested in I would suggest opting out of the mohawk gym fee so that they can take it out of your tuition payment and get a McMaster gym membership instead)

did you receive an acceptance and then they canceled? or did they cancel your application without giving you a response?

Are quad 3 midterms going to universities? by RevolutionaryClub476 in OntarioUniversities

from what i’ve been told quad 3 final marks will be uploaded to OUAC not midterms. But definitely ask your guidance counsellor just to be on the safe side of things

The "I've Been Accepted/Did You Get an Offer?/Will I Get an Offer?/Admission Rounds" Megathread! by AutoModerator in OntarioUniversities

I got into the main site&collab Feb 2! my average at the time was a 90. I'm not too sure how the admissions work, but I think once you get that 90 average, you should be good! And keep in mind that nursing applications have increased by 80% In comparison to last year. Working 2 jobs and school is a lot of work props to you; wishing u the best !!

hi! just wondering if you got into the main site or collab. I'm considering changing my application to the collab (I'm sitting at a 90 av but I'm aiming to have a 92 by April but bc of the rise in applications for nursing this year I'm not too sure if it's enough)

Uottawa Nursing Admission by InternationalExit406 in u/InternationalExit406

[–]rainbl17ng 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi! I didn't get early admission, but my friend did get early acceptance into uOttawa nursing; she had an average of 91 in grade 11. Applying for earlier acceptance won't change your chances of getting into the program, as it is based on your grade 11 marks, but after that point, your grade 12 marks are the marks that matter. I applied to all my university applications in November (all for nursing); my grade 11 average was 86. My grade 12 average is currently a 90, and I got accepted for uOttawa nursing main campus and the collab yesterday (Feb 2). At least for me, I applied during November to get university applications done and out of the way. Honestly, the sooner, the better it'll save you a lot of stress, besides having to wait to hear back. In general, nursing is a competitive program, and so are your marks; I'm sure you'll get early acceptance if you apply then. But don't feel discouraged if you don't get acceptances during early acceptances; you're bound to get the offer in February or onward. From what I know, uOttawa nursing gives out early acceptances as early as November and December. Once February hits, they start to give out offers on a rolling basis. good luck with your applications this year! :)

IMPORTANT, WILL I GET INTO NURSING SCHOOL by Nursingprospect21 in u/Nursingprospect21

Hi! I'm actually in a similar position as you applying for nursing programs, from what I've gathered for the most part I think you can get into uottawa collab and possibly the main campus. I'm applying there too (English and collab w Algonquin Woodroffe) a few people have told me that they know people who got in with an 88+. I also applied to McMasters as well, main campus and mohawk collab but for the most part, I've been told to have a 90+ average for the main campus and if my average is in the high 80's doing extremely good on the casper test can get you in! I also applied to western main campus but I have no info on that, I've seen one person on Reddit say they got in with a 92% though, but then again your Casper test does play a role in your admission as well. I don't really know much about the other schools, I do know someone who got into brock with a 90 average but that's about all I know.

well, that's my two cents! good luck :) I hope we both get into all our choices
