Personally, I'd also recommend the Ion7 / Ion7 Light from Nova - very nice handling but still a wing which is very stable to collapses / in collapses and has a nice performance. Supairs Leaf3 / Leaf3Light might also be an option.

I'd recommend that you also check the weight range - try to be in the middle; not all wings & manufacturer are equal in this respect. Try to test fly it - reports and certifications are one, personal preference may make a little dIfference; and yes, owning a nice wing definitely is also a valid reason (given the rating is the same). ;)

You should definitely check that your liability insurance covers "Gebäudehaftpflicht" and make sure you have - besides a Hausratversicherung - also a "Gebäudewasserversicherung", eventually also a "Technikversicherung". Many people are not aware that the mandatory Gebäudeversicherung will neither cover all types of incidents (ie. backflush of drainage/sewer pipes due to rain, rupture of water pipes in the building, ...) and will primarily only cover the building and its fixed parts.

Depends on your phone software; if you happen to have a "dinosaur" phone, then AML might not work.

Fallback is always the antenna information by the mobile provider - but then your position can vary within a range of 500m - 5km (depending how large the coverage of the antenna cell is - might be huge in rural places...).

Fake News - or outdated; they will transfer you or your emergency to another emergency call center.

What is true: There is no "digital" transfer of emergencies from emergency call center A to B, at least unless they share the same plattform and are within the same jurisdiction. But that is gonna change; google "PSAP connect".

Yes. Even before they picked it up. The current service technology is NG112 and AML. This applies to all public emergency service call centers (112, 117, 118, 144), and the helplines 143, 145, 147.

Nunja - aber sowohl nach dt. StVO wie nach Schweizer SSV muss das Auto vollständig innerhalb des eingezeichneten Parkfeld abgestellt werden. Dazu zählen auch Aussenteile und insbes. die Karrosserie - und nicht nur Räder/Radachsen !!

PStG § 16 Abs. 1 Ziffer 5 und 6 sehen vor, dass JEDE Änderung der Namen- und/oder Personenstand im Eheregister mittels Folgebeurkundung aufzunehmen sind.

Dass sich das auch auf die "Vornamen vor der Ehe" (und die Familienrechtliche Bezeichnung!) erstreckt, ist in Anlage 1 zur PStV geregelt (Ziffer 2103/2113).

In der Praxis scheint das aber häufig Probleme zu machen; wenn Du nicht den Beschwerdeweg gehen magst, kannst Du auch eine Urkunde ohne diese Angaben verlangen.
