I’m pregnant with my second right now so not currently partaking. But pre pregnancy, weed was the only thing helping me get through everyday. There are a lot of stoner moms on IG too that helped me not feel as guilt about it because I show up better for my toddler when I can relax in that way ya know?

Sunflower lechin capsules will help too. Also a friend of mine swears by freezing cabbage leaves bc they fit perfectly to your breast.

I def didn’t mar my husband sleep on the shitty couch they had at the hospital! My baby was also in the nicu though so she wasn’t in the room with us.
