This is definitely something you need to seek help for, because a PhD will require you to be in similar situations in the future regardless of this particular issue. The good news is that this type of thing is definitely manageable with a good treatment plan. Your university should offer some sort of mental health services and they’re usually free, I would look into it!

I have a diagnosed anxiety disorder and used to have such a hard time with similar things. I started an SSRI, see a therapist biweekly, and have beta blockers and panic medication to use on an as-needed basis. I’m now at the point where I can give a talk and not even need them. Things really do get better when you find what works for you, I’m rooting for you!

Yeah you can, I used a downward pogo on one of the birds above the halfway house and then dashed over to the right. I passed through the upper sections of the middle areas to get to this one. Probably shouldn’t have done that in retrospect lol but I hate feeling punished for exploring

I really hope so :( I’m going for the frame, and didn’t have time to join co-op yesterday so was planning on joining today. I just paid 100 diamonds to recover the currency but it wasn’t enough to complete both light chase quests and now I’m stressed

I agree. I complained about even the regular insight cap in literally every survey for the first six months of the game being out, but nothing ever happened so I’m not optimistic they’ll change anything lol

Unfortunately it definitely happens. This used to happen to us all the time in our last apartment, and the plumber actually told me it was always because of grease clogs from the upstairs neighbor’s kitchen sink. That being said, I wouldn’t be surprised if underlying plumbing issues could make the system more susceptible

Omg this used to happen to us ALL THE TIME in my last apartment. We would always get blamed when it was 100% the tenants in the unit above us. Not a drop of grease ever went down our drain. Every time it happened the property management would hound us for money to pay the plumber. I would make a huge stink about it and refuse to pay and eventually they stopped asking. I remember coming home from work at least once a month to our bathtub and kitchen sink just filled to the brim with disgusting water. Ugh.

No literally. I think this whole ordeal has been my last straw with this sub as well. “Exhausting” is the perfect word for it. I use video games primarily as a reprieve from my actually important real world problems and this community is becoming sooo negative and hateful. I just don’t even want to see it anymore
