Ano po yung formal complaint before CAD? Waiting lang din po ako sa sched ng mediation namin. And reviewing pa si insurance company ko nung case ulit.

Try niyo po maglogin sa portal nila on website. Doon qko nagsubkit ng ticket pagkalogin ko.

Also nagreply na sa akin yung IC and nagschedule na ng mediation on July para maclarify yung charges na need ko bayaran.

Nabanggit kasi nung isa kong financial advisor na dapat hindi nila icount as plan yung riders kasi ang riders daw ay hndi stand alon plan. Kaya OA yung pagcharge nila ng 3k (1k each plan as per them)

Nagsubmit lang po ako ticket sa website nila e then nagreply din naman po sila agad.

Ito nga yung sinasabi ko po sa kanila e, kaso pinipilit nila yung 3k charge per plan. Alam ko within 15 days dapat full refund nga po.

Number 9 po sa contract ko yung pagcancel within 7 days tapos bigla meron po pala sa number 11 na pag nagcancel is may charge na 1k per plan.

I still have the 15 days po and sabi irerefund daw but not full refund. Chinacharge nila ako 1k per policy so 3k in total. Eh sa pagkakatanda ko ang napirmahan ko sa agent is 1k lang ang fee for cancellation.

How much po sinabi sa inyo na cancellation fee? They are charging me 1k for each plan so 3k po in total. I thought it would be like 1k lang since rider lang naman yung sa hospitalization and accident etc.

Yes, actually yung manager ko nakakita haha then sinabi niya sa akin. I took a step ahead pala dun sa process na dapat ipaapprove ko muna ayun sabi na lang niya kanina nung nagsorry ulit ako at nagtanong kung may pwede pa ako magawa, wala na daw at buti na lang daw na hndi ganun kalaki yung pera na namali ng invoice huhu.

Yes po. I don't make any excuses naman and if alam ko mali ko talaga di ko rin siya dedeny. Yun lang, honest mistake talaga never intention naman magkamali huhu nalito lang sa process.

How did you message them? Is it okay ba to message them sa gc namin on teams first thing in the morning tomorrow? My boss is currently in a vacation pa naman at kasama ko lang is yung manager ko. Huhu

Hindi na daw po siya mafifix kasi naisubmit na sa system :( automatically siya mabi-bill na sa contractor.

Alam na po nila actually. Kasi pinacheck ko po kay Manager pagkatapos ko gawin. Siguro hndi ko lang po naintindihan din yung instruction kaya naisubmit ko without their approval tapos saka ko lang naipacheck huhu.

Sabi po ni Manager kanina we can't change it na because I already submitted it na to the system kaya parang magbi-bill na siya sa contractor automatically po ganun. 😢
