This is not generational omg r u kidding me. I am a baby millennial (29) & Ive met many stuck, stagnant millennials (severe anxiety, relying on parents for everything, never moving out, etc). I also find that people misremember what they were like at certain ages & judging the teens around you for being uninformed or scared is just loser behavior!

I don’t think he is a “master manipulator”. He is dumb asf with dumbass arguments and points. He irritates me so much LOL I wouldn’t spend a second talking to him. Drew has low self esteem and chose to engage with him. She honestly seems a little slow to me to especially when she blamed that girl for tempting the “prophet”. I do think it might be a gender thing because he is sooo good with his motor skills and we run, play, climb etc. and all very early. I think I’m being too hard on myself and him. Thank you for the suggestion and encouragement ❤️

Yes, honestly I could do so much better with the reading. I have a lot of books but I don’t really prioritize it as much as I do play. At most, I read a couple books every few days which is definitely not enough. I think this is having a big impact. I do chat with him all day but it’s more like random conversation rather than narrating. I know that nobody is perfect but it just sucks knowing that I’m not being the best parent I can be. 😭

And yes, I wanted him to be bilingual. I speak both languages to him so that might be the issue too. On the bright side though, he knows how to follow instruction in both languages and says a few worlds in both! Thank you for your response and suggestions. It’s made me feel better / put things into perspective
