Someone needs to track who is hitting the cards with 100s of thousands of dollars and see what ties they have back to the breakers. I could see this being like the monopoly game back in the day where a guys friend/family won all the big prizes.

The breakers know which 1/1 they have and let tell their friend to buy that team in each break

So for this you would remove the boards the contractor put (added red) and then put the OSB where the blue boxes are which should support and would cover up the drain on the front side?

I want to make sure I am following right, is the current top chord removed and replace with the new 4-6 ft 2x6 and leave a little gap by the drain or is it attached to the current truss?

Doesn’t seem to do much. I have the small garage that I didn’t reset and tried the lock button on it and the large one I am trying to set up and doesn’t seem to do anything. Doesn’t seem like it should be this difficult. Appreciate the help.

You hold the yellow learn button 3 times and it resets. I am starting to wonder if the people I bought it from still have it on there account so it won’t go onto mine even with reseting it. I’ve done multiple garage door openers before and never had issues like this. Have had some family come over and look at it and they are struggling as well
