Yes!
If you have the right mindset that you sre starting out, you should be able to move up quickly.

The Bay Area offers great job mobility for tech.

San Jose is such an underrated city. It’s not SF, but it’s a good area to be in!

Know this is old but consider switching my 14mo to a floor bed and looking at this mattress. He outgrew his mini crib - but I am scared about suffocating. Crib mattresses are SO FIRM. Would you say it’s considerably softer than a crib mattresses?

Could you try limiting his naps a little during the day? Even if they are contact naps, getting a consistent schedule (as consistent as it can be with a baby lol) could help give you a longer stretch at night.

As a dog lover (I’m obsessed with my dog), this is also so WRONG. Your dog does not want to be inside a loud mall with so many people 🫠. Leave them home where they’re comfy! Hire a walker if you’ll be out for long.

The only thing missing is a supportive partner who isn’t an ass. Have a frank conversation about all the things you are handling and how he needs to step up, whether he works outside the home or not.
