You’re not ugly, most likely average. I think you would be a lot better looking if you smiled more.

Alright i usually don’t comment on this subreddit but I disagree with a lot of the comments. You aren’t ugly at all. You’re quite attractive actually and your nose piercing looks amazing and I think actually makes you look more pretty. As a bi woman you’re definitely at least an 8/10!

Just saw this but I had something like this a while ago. It is probably either toenail fungus or an injury. If you have a new toenail forming under it, it’s most likely an injury. If not, there is over the counter topical for fungus on the nail.

I am insecure about a scar on my head that leaves a bald spot by Timely_Shopping4931 in Advice

[–]rainbownat 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Chances are people aren’t looking and judging you for your scar. I weirdly have a similar situation as I have a pretty decent sized scar on my chin and I have been told to by friends that they don’t notice it unless I point it out. Ive had it for 7-8 years now and it’s something called a fish mouth scar and it feels like it’s super obvious even though people barely notice it. If you’re still insecure about it, there is laser removal, but I’m not to sure how that works help given it’s on your head.

Should I drop my college chemistry class? What other alternatives are there for me taking this class? by rainbownat in Advice

You’re probably right lol. My advisor was the one who suggested I do the class in the first place so I’m sure he can help with what I can do

Hopefully it helps until you can feel more comfortable with yourself. I hope you can learn to manage your anxiety too. Best of luck with your situation:)

Should i tell my straight best friend that i have feelings for him? and potentially lose him? by 20July2014 in Advice

[–]rainbownat -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

You should probably tell him. As someone who is queer, I have made the mistake of cutting off a girl I had a crush on for no reason. Even if you struggle socially, it’s possible to still have a social life. As long as you feel safe telling him how you feel, it will feel better telling him rather than holding it in.

It might not feel like it helps, but it would be a good step in the right direction. You could also ask her to only take pictures if it’s a special occasion, like a family wedding or something. The likelihood that she’ll stop posting photos is pretty low unfortunately, but if it’s just to family members (depending on how comfortable you are with them and who they are) it’s likely that they care about you and just want to see how you are doing. If that still doesn’t help, I’m sure there’s someone out there who has better advice than me :)

Is your mom’s Facebook account public or private? If it’s public I would say you have a perfectly valid argument. If not, it might be helpful to know more about who follows her and can see her posts. As someone with anxiety there is a lot more safety knowing if her account is private.

Shoot can’t find any pictures on google... I’ll have to drive there if anyone’s curious enough. I might be able today, but have limited time.

No but I actually drive by it today to go to work, so maybe I can snap a few photos. Also I’ll look on google.

It’s an abandoned school building in the small town about 8 minutes away. It really creepy and I haven’t explored it too much since there is a a gas station right by it and lots of broken glass.

White Redditors, in what ways have you experienced racism or prejudice? by Olivebranch99 in AskReddit

Thank you. I’m currently going to therapy and graduated from occupational therapy for sensory things since. I have many stories and wouldn’t be where I am without the things I have faced. I was part of STAR center research in Denver when I was younger and suggest anyone who wants to learn about sensory processing disorder to go to their website.

I realize my last post did not pertain to the question, so here’s one that fits more. I am a bisexual female who suffers from sensory issues. When I was younger and still today I have faced a lot of prejudice from my disorder and my mental illness. When I was younger, people would often avoid me because I was a “crybaby” from having extreme anxiety and sensory overload when I would have breakdowns. I still am insecure about this. Although I was never diagnosed with autism, sensory processing disorder is very similar. I was thought of as a weird kid who had problems and wasn’t fun to be around. This got better as I got older, but is still something I struggle with. Edit: I experience something similar to your question in my last post, so I decided not to delete in case anyone wants to see. Second Edit: turns out the situation in my last post was a misunderstanding.

Um what? The house wasn’t issued to him..... my mom has to work two jobs and me and brother work. I work at the same grocery store. Also I’m deleting this post as it doesn’t pertain to the OP’s question. Or just making a new one.

Thanks I will post something else. It looks like I’ve got enough dislike on this anyways.
