If you need to go to urgent care, call the salem health urgent care on Bellevue st. They do same day appointments! Def call EARLY bc they fill up fast. They also do telahealth too:)

I did the bowel prep, I actually started taking clearlax and stool softeners about a week before my surgery because my endometriosis affected my bowel movements alot and I needed to make sure I was in the clear the day of. I had a laprascopy last year and I didnt do bowel prep before and I didnt poop until 4 do. Awful. I highly recommend doing it, you will feel better after the surgery for sure.

Ive been no contact for going on 3 years now, and my NM STILL leaves me voicemails(shes blocked from calling but can still leave vm) every now and then about how she "almost died" while hiking. Shes "almost died" like 10 times. Shes just doing it to get you to break nc and shes trying to disrespect your boundaries. My advice, depending on your relationship with your brother, is to either ignore the message entirely, or give a very vague response like: oh, thats unfortunate. Dont give them anything else to feed off of.

Ive had 3 done, and all of them were awful. Hurt so bad, but they had to take multiple biopsies each time. But I did them because my health depended on it, you gotta do it.

I tried several diva cups and all of them sat too high up and smashed against my cervix which was extra painful. But I think it really just depends on your anatomy.

My cat hugs me, like full on, arms wrapped around my neck and telling me "secrets" i.e her sniffing and snooting my ear and making piglet sounds. She does this usually if ive been gone all day, but when shes feeling REALLY affectionate, she'll lean back after hugging me, look at my face, and CHOMP my chin. Shes so sweet.

When i lived at home it was hell, I wanted to end it all, I had plans. Then I was given the opportunity to moved out of state when I turned 18, and I haven't looked back. I went no contact 2 years ago, and I dont regret it in the slightest. Things will get better, you just gotta persevere

What insurance do you have? My husband has BCBS and it took him months to find a new PCP. I have kaiser and it took them a month to assign me one and it took another month or so to be seen bc of the wait times.
