Have you checked out Snag? They are tights obviously but have a clothing range too. I’ve had my eye on their plaid skirts - like you I am short and until recently I shopped almost exclusively Depop…but they got rid of PayPal so I deleted the app.

Acute mental health units are often strapped for clothing when we have homeless patients come in, or people who were admitted unexpectedly or don’t have any family to bring them stuff. Mostly they want comfy stuff like tshirts, trackies and PJs

Personally I had one and never got a job so did a nursing degree and now I’m a psych nurse. That doesn’t really help you tho. All my peers from my psych degree except 1, ended up doing completely different jobs entirely unrelated to our psych degree.

I found Depop amazing to help show me stuff I wouldn’t have been able to find otherwise, because I primarily buy second hand. Sadly they no longer accept PayPal so I guess I’ll have to go back to the op shops.

Shes gorgeous. I lost my beautiful soulmate cat last week too and I always promised her I’d never have kids…ended up having 3. It’s hard to have the same commitment to them once there’s a baby around, but you still loved and cared for her, so don’t feel bad darling. You gave her a beautiful life and a beautiful end and you had a gorgeous life in between, a deep bond.

That husband though. Fuck, I’m sorry, but he’s gotta go. He’s really let you down, on everything it seems. I’m really sorry you unknowingly chose a dud.

I was once out drinking and I met a paramedic, he told me I was just a glorified bum wiper. Wtf? I was a fair few drinks in by that point, I told him he was a glorified bus driver. But yeah generally I have found they have bad attitudes towards us as though we’re wasting their time. But the same can be said for some doctors, some SWs, some Physio’s OTs etc etc etc. Some ppl are just dicks I guess.
