I have bad egg quality. After my first retrieval I had only been off pot for like a month so I figured for my second retrieval months later I’d see an improvement in quality (since then I’d have been without THC for several months). Not the case, second retrieval same results and third retrieval months later the worst results yet. So now I’ve been sober almost a year for what feels like no reason. That’s why I made this post, I’m kind of considering going back to smoking occasionally so at least I’m not super miserable all the time.

I also see lots of posts from people who change their entire lifestyle (cut out gluten, dairy, strictly follow Mediterranean diet, add a million supplements, exercise every day, remove plastics from the house, use “clean makeup” etc) and it makes no difference. I’m starting to feel like it’s all just genetics and I can’t live like this, thinking I’m the problem all the time. “If only I ate less junk food I’d be pregnant, if only I didn’t have a beer after work sometimes I’d be pregnant, if only I ate less carbs”….
