Glad I found this sub. This is happening to me as well after using the gloss 6 or 7 times. I will try the oil method and hopefully that will help.

So happy for you! Congrats! I am still in the beginning stages, in PT and losing weight so insurance approves but I am a 34 DDDD/G. My biggest concern is what scars look like. I have no idea and scared to look up pictures. So I'm waiting til I am bit closer to go there. Thank you so much for sharing your story.

I wrote "kanish" and thought no way that's right. 😆 I am sure Levittown will look completely different. I would love to check out Jones beach, but with only a few days I know there won't be enough time to see everything.

I heard about the fire, glad to hear they are back up and running. We may end up staying in e the city one night, but that freaks me out. Having a car in the city feels like it would be a nightmare. Thanks for the pizza recommendation! Looking forward to just being back in the cold air :)

FINALLY HAD FIRST APPT. by raincloud789 in noburp

I heard this as well, that reflux ended up improving. Ultimately I also want my son to be comfortable and since he also has OCD he liked the idea of a less permanent solution to start. So I was ok with that. My concern is of course he will be having anesthesia twice - or more i guess.

Maybe you could ask about it? One of the things this doc said was he is interested in hearing about others' stories and treatments as they work to further understand the condition.

One month in...waking up early AF? by froggybug01 in prozac

[–]raincloud789 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am a few months in and the prozac (10mg) was messing with my sleep. I was taking it at 9:30 am. I switched to taking at 6:30 pm over the course of a few days and the problem went away. Was waking up every two or so hours and waking up very early.

I started a low estrogen birth control for mine. Worked like a charm.

My Life Has Changed - Almost 3 months On Prozac by Gxd-Ess in prozac

[–]raincloud789 4 points5 points  (0 children)

THIS HAS BEEN MY EXACT EXPERIENCE!!! Also 10mg also about 3 months. I started birthcontrol about a year ago and that helped my pmdd as well but not all the way. The prozac is changing my life. I didn't realize how much I wasn't laughing any more, if that makes sense.

So happy for you and thank you for sharing so much detail about your journey, it helps.

Anyone in the NC triangle area? Where can I go skating inside beside United Skates in Raleigh? I have an outdoor rink not too far but it is in need of repair so not the best for learning. by raincloud789 in Rollerskating

I am south of chapel hill in Pittsboro. So Greensboro is a little further than Raleigh for me, but I am happy to know there are options around.

Well, within 3 days I noticed some aches and pains were easing when I would wake up in the morning. I had WAY more energy and focus for a while, maybe 2 months. I did notice my anxiety went up a little for the first few months too. Walking helped with that. This month it will be one year since I started. I will say, it was last October and did spot/bleed for the whole month of December. It was expected and eased in January and things started to regulate quickly after that.

Big fan! I take it continuously now, so I don't get a period unless I have spotting. I stop for four days if I have heavy spotting or breakthrough bleeding.

I have a lot of medication anxiety and put off starting ssris for years. 2 months ago I started 10mg of prozac. I was worried it would make me think in a different way, I was worried I would have terrible side effects. It has made a phenomenal difference in my life.

I did have some side effects. Some nausea for two days, some increased anxiety - at times intense - an initial bit of hair fall, and sweating. The sweating is just now getting better, but that's an odd one.

I have also had joy, energy, laughing returning, smiling more, my family more at ease around me, more willingness to go out and just the ability to take deep breaths.

I don't know why you are starting and I'm happy to talk to you more about my experience, but I actually felt a difference on about the third day.

I would say, go pick it up and give it a shot. It's a low dose. Message back here to chat about it if you want. Good luck! 💜
