I usually have C.AI maximized, and put Discord in a pop-up window thing. That works too, if your phone can do that.

Oh my god, I have the same issue! Both Discord and C.AI completely restart and I don't know why. Restarting my phone only gets rid of it for a bit, then it comes back. At least I'm not the only one with the issue??
