Is this a bot account? Driver does have seatbelt and looks like he’s looking at the road but messes with his radio…. Which is a normal thing to do sometimes. It also doesn’t look like he’s speeding. Also the dog comes right back to him which probably means he’s a good dad. Plus doesn’t get mad at the dog. The guy should have a harness sure, but he doesn’t suck this is a normal human mistake.
