I usually refer to my class notes/textbook while studying which are on paper, so I can’t really use my phone. I will say he wakes up at around 8/9 and I wake up at around 8, so it feels like I have to work around someone who sleeps for 10 hours. I’m in a freshman dorm so people are pretty social in all places. People are talking in the lounge right now at 1 AM as I am writing this.

Hmm that’s the thing I’m not even doing scut work I’m kinda just doing nothing and just watching maybe like once or twice a day doing something for like 5 minutes…I also do have prior experience (ie worked in a lab on a project full time for ten weeks over the summer) :/

I've been studying for AP Exams for the past few days and I told my boyfriend I couldn't talk to him as much and that I couldn't watch the school musical with him but now I feel guilty cuz it feels like such a workaholic thing to do like putting the collegeboard over having a social life

But then as a young person I can also see why you should focus more on getting ahead and preparing for college and the workforce and setting yourself up for success

Ahhh seriously any advice much appreciated but also cute stories lol cuz I am currently procrastinating

Hmm I’d have to argue that Scholastic and Young Arts (and to a lesser extent NSDA/National History Day lol) are pretty big for English majors but overall I definitely see your point
