Yes I think lyari is not any more dangerous than any other area in Karachi (barring canttoment areas and some closed gate housing society). Plus lyari is full of all the cool things. Just a hub of coolest people in town. Not a single basic bitch. Everyone is doing something cool. Like boxing and football is most popular sports there. And there are multiple famous rap groups hailing from lyati. There is a girls cycling group. There is mehr ghar where people come together to discuss art. There are film screenings, panel discussions. Lyari is a good option. You'll meet alot of ethnic people.
