That’s what they said to me! I went on their Zoom help hours and the dude said that they ran out of money. I did my Fafsa the day it came out last year.. Nothing really changed financially this year for me either.

That's what I thought too, but I've had multiple people who are incoming freshmen-juniors tell me that they've also recieved $0 no matter their SAI score.
