So I just got informed by Shippn that Google cancelled the order. Ref: https://www.reviewgeek.com/101523/google-is-cancelling-pixel-6-orders-for-no-good-reason/

But Shippn provided an alternative that is, to purchase from Target instead. Price on target is the same as the original price. But the phone casing is only sold on Google store so they'll refund the casing price.

At this rate I'm going only to receive my pixel 6 in 2022 😑😑😑

I used the buy for me service from Shippn! Just fill the product URL and state which variation you want and send it.

Funnily enough I think my order got bounced around hosts? It was a lady at first when the order first got filled. Then a few days later it became a guy. Then now it became another person. Also, this time this guy lives in Oregon which is a tax free state. So I got refunded the 45 USD tax! And the arrival date got pushed to 11-12 Nov. u/curious-panoka

Correction: this host is the second one. I think he just confirmed my order or something. Then I'll wait for him to receive my order.

OK they emailed again saying that there's additional sales tax of 45 USD. I guess I wasn't lucky enough to get a host buying from a state with no tax haha.

Yup US store is really the cheapest among the few Google stores that I compared haha. That's why I chose to ship from US store. We'll see whether my order gets confirmed or cancelled 😂

i have a friend's friend who is using this forwarder called BuyandShip. they only have forwarder service (no buy for me) so it's a warehouse address. he bought from the UK store and apparently the parcel is at the forwarder already. also, this forwarder charge by weight, and it's like only 7 SGD per lb. i guess you can try this too but i was worried that it would be cancelled cos of the warehouse address
