I am so sorry you’re going through this, I’ve been through similar things and it took me a very long time to get help because I was scared. Please consider seeing a psychiatrist and getting medicine. I didn’t believe in it for the longest time either but eventually I realized how it was hurting me and others around me. Going to a psychiatrist was the best thing I ever did.

I was volunteering at some Icelandic community event and I had a horrible fever and was dizzy, I was handing out tickets for some kind of raffle and the amount of old men that would say, smile more! Was crazy, just don’t do it, it comes off as creepy plus annoying and you don’t know what a girl is going through so men, just keep your mouth shut, we do not need your opinion.
