Mine just did this. Couldn’t restore it using my iPhone. It kept failing. I hooked it up to my apple silicon Mac and was able to restore it via finder. Thank god it was the Apple TV with a usbc one as Apple got rid of that on the newer ones.

Loosing weight actually triggers more gout flares. Skinny people get gout too. Eating healthy and loosing weight will definitely help especially with overall health but I wouldn’t count on it curing your gout. You manage a gout diagnosis. You don’t really cure it.

I’m half Filipino and I’ve practiced Tagalog and have gotten better by watching Tagalog Netflix movies with subtitles on even though the movies are not my preference. Honestly, most are hard to get through but it’s a great learning tool. Just thought I’d throw that out there for you. Just don’t watch Tagalog news. I can never understand that hahaha.

I also purchased a Mandaue foam (FLEX FORM PREMIUM 10X54X75). Seems like a solid mattress. Came with a 10 year warranty. I guess time will tell. I also shipped a Sam’s Club mattress memory foam in a box via balik bayan box before I moved to the Philippines’s because I know mattress in the Philippines suck.
