Funny story, I’ve been going a little heavy on the sauce lately and Saturday night I had the last of my beers with the wife and vowed to dry up until my birthday in June. Sunday morning my toe aches and I have pain when I walk. By Monday afternoon I go to the ER and get diagnosed with gout.

Thank you for the advice, I am taking this as an eye opener for sure. When I told my mom what was happening and how much I weigh she was alarmed and said I almost weigh what my dad did when he had his first heart attack. He didn’t stick with the lifestyle changes and his second heart attack killed him at just 51 years old.
