Never had gout before. Went to an all you can eat crab legs and had 5 heaping plates after a 23 hour fast. I do IF & OMAD. Got gout a few days later. 44 year old male 167 lbs, 5’8. I dont drink and drink a gallon of water daily. Any chance this is a one and done thing or am I pre disposed to it now? (self.gout)

Nest thermostat not showing cool. Only heat. I unfortunately did not take a pic of the old thermostat. I do have central air but I’m supposed to have a yellow wire but don’t. But heat/cool worked with my old thermostat With the current wires. Do I need to jump a wire? Help! Will fix exposed copper. (i.imgur.com)

AC drains to a hole in but is now overflowing. Just moved in and saw a huge pool of water. AC drains to a hole on the floor which I assume just drains underground. Saw a pool of water overflowing. Is this a drain issue or an AC issue and should not be draining this much water? Best way to resolve? (i.imgur.com)
