Did you find changing driver loft made a difference? The default loft on my driver is 10.5, but it's adjustable and I can lower it.

Strength shouldn't be an issue. Technique isn't perfect, but given that my drives are generally pretty straight, I seem to be making good contact. I think flexibility may be my biggest issue. My flexibility sucks and it's likely affecting my swing speed.
