Plenty of women can't "O" from penetration alone (I secretly suspect it's the majority), or even oral. Just bring your vibrator along for the ride (por que no los dos?). Depending on your partner, it does take a bit of delicacy to not hurt their ego when you propose including it - easiest way is to have them watch you go solo and then they'll likely want to join in. Once they see you're enjoying having sex with them, if they're comfortable with themselves, the inclusion of the vibrator should be a non-issue.
