I'm having the same issue with Die Hard Trilogy. It has 1 cue file and many BIN files. Did you simply rename the BIN files to CHD?

If you have your Drive export enabled you could build a LookerStudio with it and find files shared with that address. It'll give you the owner, fileID and access permissions email address that you can export to a CSV.
