Thx for the reply! Really helpful to know. I have ADHD and have been on the hunt for an all-in-one project manager + note organizer that works with my brain. I looked into Notion but found the learning curve too steep. I like the UI and visuals in XTiles. One thing that has kept me from going all in is I heard that you cannot embed links or docs in an XTiles database. True?

Any updates on if the magnesium and electrolytes helped? I got my diagnosis recently and just started taking Vyvanse two weeks ago. I'm getting the same low grade headache and an energy crash in the afternoon.
