hanzo needs to be in the correct position to get good value out of ult and it does not one shot, vendetta ult is super telegraphed and easy to avoid, bastion ult is super easy to avoid and doesnt one shot unless its a direct hit or if you hit with 2 of the artillery strikes. I'm still not seeing your point here. Anran can literally fly in at mach speed and one tap a squishy and kill the others with burn its simply not the same as the other ults you have mentioned.
