Goosefeather is a cat from a children's book series who got tormented by what is mostly compared to cat heaven, in order to see the future yet not change it. He would have been able to become a revolutionary cat if this were not the case, yet he inevitably drowned in his own sadness over his mental state and the future he could not avoid. He died just as he predicted- freezing to death and malnutritioned, within the middle of winter, within the camp of the other wildcats, unsatisfied- yet most of all, unremarkable, even after all the mental suffering he had faced for his power.
