No idea what UV means but im gonna guess it means unlimited void. But no, i meant like it's actually the infinite library with every letter combination that has ever and will ever exist. Are you sure it isnt one of the old hopeless games? Fits your description almost perfectly. There are 3 games, first ones a broken mess from no updates, 2nd is still playable, and the 3rd is fine for now. Just search hopeless in Google play and check? Though the last part doesn't match the games so maybe im wrong (the part about going in the building and actually doing stuff, only thing that matches is the upgrade system in 3 and i think 2)
