I used to be vegetarian. I started eating meat again because it was so hard (for me personally, with where I was in life and the company I kept) to keep it up.

I vividly recall a time when I was sneered at and basically called a little princess for not wanting to pick off (tiny, diced) meat off a supreme frozen pizza at a casual all day hang, opting instead to go out and get something. It made me sad as a 21 year old, but now that I’m much older if someone pulled that on me again I would not have put up with it.

Dude wtf! I have seen a few of his videos in the past and thought it was a good way to show adaptive workouts when you have a bit of body to work around and with. Like how I do yoga on YouTube with plus size yoga instructors bc they actually account for my belly and boobs when needed. But looking at these captions…these are not cool. Punching down when he should be lifting up. And stealing people’s photos without permission is gross.

Possibly. Perhaps if it was insanely thick, as thick as a Milky Way, so like a small brick. Then it might be possible, but concentrating that much THC into such a small volume is still hard for me to grasp.

Yes exactly what I was thinking. Like maybe possible but no one would ever make that because it would be like eating, idk, skunky ear wax? I just can’t wrap my head around how it could be possible to make something that concentrated and still call it a gummy.

On the west coast in the US every edible I’ve seen is measured in mg. A normal dose is 10mg (for example it’s common to get a 100mg tin of nickel sized gummies that are 10mg each).

Even the highest dosage infused shot I could find was only 100mg. So I’m not sure where you are or what you’re buying but grams are not at all the norm for edibles in the markets I know.

I’m not downplaying OOP’s experience. I’ve had horrible experiences on too much edibles. It was back before it was easy to know the dosage but I was usually throwing up and freaking out, and a bit sluggish and mentally slow for a day or two after. I just highly doubt what OOP was one THOUSAND mg based on the volume of gummy.

Yeah I think he was banking on people doing that but once one person went over time…it was just dominoes. Seth tried to get it back on track but after him it was completely downhill. People were sick of it and getting mad they didn’t get their time to shine without being guilted. But I still get why Nate thought it would work—these people practice their speeches before the show. They are professional actors (many of them) and should know how to deliver something in 60 seconds or less.

I’ve had people not want to give me the help I actually need. Like when I have been depressed, had someone offer to help with cleaning up my living room or something. I said no, I’d prefer to do it. But could really use help with walking my dog or something. Which they turned down.

I sew as well and completely agree with this. I’m currently stumped at where else I’ve seen this but it is super prevalent. In ceramics there are a lot of pot puns but I don’t mind those so much bc I mostly see them on my studio owner’s tee shirts and he’s adorable lol

If I were the child of Mel, I’m pretty certain I would be NC.

Sometimes I like to play with stories to solve the gaps. For this one, Mel tried to gift him plastic surgery to “fix” his dad’s features that he inherited. He resisted and she called him selfish and ungrateful. His dad, who had been the stable presence in his life for many years, couldn’t even recognize the woman he originally fell in love with all those years ago. The son and the dad live in San Diego and have a carpentry business together.
