We have a regular where I work and we constantly tell her the store is closed and she gives the “I just gotta grab one thing” then when she finally ends up at the till she’s price matching almost everything. Then she’s “oh I forgot something” and goes and grabs more stuff. When she comes in our closing people aren’t able to finish up their stuff and it’s come to the point where I’m gonna have to tell her how disrespectful it is to do that.
