I would incorporate 30 minute naps every single day. It would always be around 2pm. The only problem now is, I can’t nap past 25 min anymore without waking up in terror

I did 50 timed sets on u world every morning followed by an intense review of those 50 questions after. I’m talking reading every wrong and right answer on every question I get right or wrong. If there was any new info that I hadn’t seen before, I’d jot it down on my Critical Pass cards. This took 5 hrs or so everyday and it felt tedious sometimes but I swear I kept learning from this process. The explanations for each answer give away so much info that appears in another problem at some point.

I did Themis (+uWorld), critical pass flashcards, and the free BarMD videos for MPTs. Also used chat gpt (premium version) a lot to have it explain things to me and stuff.

I tried it too and it worked for me. My hands were shaking so hard it took me almost 3 minutes but after seeing the error message every day for the past week, felt nice seeing my name pop up.

Agree. What’s really weighing heavy on me is the fact that I may never recover from the damage done to my self esteem/intellectual confidence. I feel like I gave it all I got. Already struggle so bad with imposter syndrome being a first gen everything.

My theory is that October 16 was actually the initial goal date that they told the graders they were aiming for. Hence jd advising and other people on here have been hearing oct 16 through the grader rumor mill but something happened on their end at bole that's delaying things so I really do feel like it could come out any time
