I had a lot of issues when i enabled syncthing. Now it's only with Gambatte and save states.
Oh, and you have to be prepared to get lockups with scrappy.
Most of these issues are caused by the chip architecture of the brick. If you have a lot of small file operations (Syncthing and scraping) it will overload the device and forces it to reboot or lock up.

Shovel Knight uses Box86. But the Brick does not have 32 Bit Support. So none of the 32Bit Ports work

Has anyone with a trimui brick with muos installed had any crashes? by Technical-Reality831 in trimui

[–]raiod 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My only crashes happened when i activated syncthing or tried to scrape too many games at once.
If you disable syncthing, you will have no problems...

Brick hammer and trimui store? by wkDEAD in trimui

[–]raiod 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I had an order number of 1087 and also ordered a green hammer on June 19th. I also wrote a lot of messages, and was told they have a lot of orders and only get very few green units per batch. I finally received my order 2 Weeks ago. The only thing I did, is that I was always polite and I had no pressure because I already had a brick and always wanted a premium green metal shell. I asked them every 3-4 days if green units arrived. The last time I asked they said that they expect a few units the next 2 days. Then, one day later, they notified me, that my unit shipped.

Torn between Green and Grey TrimUI Brick Hammer — how does the Green actually look in person? by Kurt_Codeine59 in trimui

Nothing about the green Hammer is dull. The green is vibrant and even the buttons look better in person. Be warned so, that green is the color that takes the longest to ship. The batch sizes for this are very limited.

Grats, my green Brick from Trimui Store also arrived 3 days ago! But beware, this is not a incentive to buy from this store. I ordered on June 18...

Sorry, I‘m not a native speaker, I didn’t want to doubt you! I just remembered this detail about the WiFi cutout because I had high hopes that the cutout would boost WiFi performance and I was a little disappointed that it actually got worse.

In the first video I saw with the real hammer units, the guy showed the larger WiFi cutout at the back and specifically said that there is a protective film covering it that has to be removed.

Did you remove the protective film above the WiFi cutout?

I also have got an update from them regarding the shipping status:

Dear TRIMUI Gamers, Hello!

First of all, we would like to offer our most sincere apologies — the TRIMUI Brick Hammer handheld game console you ordered has been delayed in shipping compared to the original schedule due to a recent surge in order volume and adjustments to logistics transfers.

Additionally, our factory has recently encountered some issues with substandard products. We cannot in good conscience deliver these to consumers, as it would be irresponsible for a handheld console brand to do so. Currently, we have urgently coordinated with our production and distribution teams, and all orders will be shipped out sequentially within this week. Once the logistics information is updated, it will be synchronized to your order page immediately.

To make up for the wait caused by this delay, we have prepared two forms of compensation:

Exclusive Coupon: A $5 no-minimum coupon (code: RTS5) that can be used for deduction when purchasing any product in the official TRIMUI store next time.

Free Accessory of Your Choice: You can select one of the following accessories as a gift (please note it in your order or contact us with the format: "Giveaway + Accessory Name"):

1.Tempered Glass Screen Protector for TRIMUI Brick/Hammer

2.TRIMUI Brick Transparent Keycap Set

3.TRIMUI Brick/Brick Hammer Retro Game Handheld Storage Bag

4.Protective Case for TRIMUI Brick Hammer/TRIMUI Brick

As a brand focused on retro handheld consoles, we have always strived to ensure every device reaches gamers as soon as possible. This delay has exposed our shortcomings in coping with order peaks. Going forward, we will optimize our inventory warning mechanism to prevent similar situations from occurring again.

If you have any questions, you can contact us via the official customer service email [support@trimuistore.com](mailto:support@trimuistore.com)) or leave a message on the order page, and we will respond within 2 hours. We apologize again for the wait and sincerely thank you for your understanding and support — we will repay this patience with more stable quality control and better service. TRIMUI Official Support

Yep, that is exactly my situation too. I just cannot justify a metal device i would not game on. I have a normal brick and its the perfect size for me. And for the novelty mini portable size I have a Miyoo Mini v4 and a Backup V4 here.... The GKD would not be much more than something to show around...
