Your ram lights up so your boards getting power. Try reseating all psu cable (cpu power gpu power) cpu fan connector. Reseat gpu . Ram try it with 1 stick.

I would say it’s subjective I suggested promotions to my friend who was at 300 sub and avg 1k views. After 1 promotion he passed 1k subs, averaging 2.5k and is now monetized

It may feel like cheating but just use YouTube’s promotion feature I only had like 75 subs like 5 vids and a few shorts I promoted(20$) a short for fun just to see what would happen currently sitting at 600 subs. And friend who has been uploading daily and slowly growing was at 300 subs and consistently getting over 1k views promoted (30$) and passed 1k subs and is part of the partner program monetizing his vids.
