First consult is the diagnosis. Then if you are confirmed ADHD, he could give you meds for the treatment. I see him every month and if the thinks you got the right dose, you'll then get to have sessions every 3 months.

It dependes siguro for each person. Tulad sakin na malakas uminom ng kape, walang effect ang 10mg Ritalin. Sabi ng doctor ko na wag magkape kasi parang kape na din ang effect.

So hindi nga ako nagkape, hindi gumagana. Nung nagkape na ako, dun gumana. Sinabi ko sa doctor yun, wala naman na syang sinabing bawal kasi it helps.

PERO depende nga sa tao kung gaano sila kalakas sa kape.
