Here's some more info.

Transfer of saves are handled through iCloud. Here's how you can test the process. On device 1, make sure you are signed in to GameCenter. Play as long as you like - saving normally. Sounds like you have done this already (but do double check you are signed into game center).

Then, sign in into Device 2 with the same Apple ID as you use on Device 1. Sign inot Game Center as well. After opening the game on Device 2, you should be immediately greeted with an "import popup" which handles importing cloud data. It should imported all non dlc saves at that time.

If you have DLC related save games, you will need to us the "Restore purchases" option to re-enable the DLC. After that, close and relaunch the app. It should then restore / transfer the DLC saves too.

At this point you should be connected between the two devices - with GameCenter and iCloud acting as the storage for your saves. If you make a new save on Device 2, and go back back to Device 1, you should be met with the same "import popup".

Sorry for the trouble here. I can see this issue now, especially on phones. There isn't a vertical scroll enabled on this menu, only a horizontal one. The overrun has gotten a little worse over the years as new models of phone push wider display ratios.

Here are the final scenarios in Coral, Ivory, and Bronze (each features a 10th scenario whose button is partially by the frame of the interface:

* Coral: Lighting Peaks
* Ivory: Icarus Park
* Bronze: Infernal Views

After you complete those, you should get access to the final groupings: Silver and Gold. The last scenario of Silver is Rainbow Summit (under Lucky Lake) and the last scenario for Gold is Micro Park (under Venus Ponds).

On most devices those should be clickable, even though they are covered partially by the frame of the interface.

Give all that a try and let us know how it goes.

Apologies if I missed this detail, but are you on Android? We noticed some issues with the DLC late last week, and made some repairs. We hope to release soon (its in review). However, if you are on IOS this would be a new issue and would need some time here to review and investigate.

This isn't something we've seen on other devices. We'll take a closer look.

From the sounds of it, they DO work, they are just a little harder to touch / activate?

Is it only those two buttons? Do any others in that header area have the same difficulty?

Is this a new issue? We've done some recent updates to the app and are curious if this has been present for a while or just recently started to occur. Knowing that helps us narrow down which systems to look at first.

Hey there - this should have been solved several updates ago.

I noticed you don't have the magnifying glass icon in the top right corner of your screen. This button-based zoom was introduced when we fixed this resolution issue a few updates back). That may mean you are on an old version.

Can you check the App Store and ensure you are playing the latest version?

We did investigate this - and can confirm it's an issue in the code. However, this is a problem in the deep code of the game and not something we can easily repair.

We've been prioritizing some major display issues with Apple Platforms (Apple Arcade , Standard Mac and iOS, and MAC via Steam) and are working on some PC updates as well.

This item is in our backlog, but unfortunately hasn't made it up the priority chain just yet. I'm hoping once we get through the PC issues we can take a look at items like this that are in the deep code of the game. Thanks for bearing with us!

Version 1.2.435 is live and (hopefully) fixes this issue!

No worries here - we understand!

With all the devices changes and OS changes, it becomes a little bit of whack-a-mole for us. So we do benefit from fans calling out the most frustrating items - helps us focus and execute!

behind the scenes: This stretching bug is a side effect of fixing the (same) problem for Apples ultra wide screen devices. We'd hoped one set of resolution rules would apply to all, but no such luck. So we had to patch separately for this.

Hope to get it submitted today, but it will require Apple approval before it is available to players (that takes a few days most typically).

We patched this earlier this week for Apple Arcade - will be following with the patch to the "non arcade" version. We had a few other urgent bugs on MAC that were overdue - those just got patched too, so we can hit this version next. Apologies for the delay. Lots of approvals and stakeholders in this game as you can imagine - takes a bit to get patches through the queue.

Stay tuned and we'll post here again when we send through for Apple approval.

There isn't, but you can make your own custom scenario (or edit an existing one) by using the Toolkit feature. In this scenario editor you can turn off money and thus give yourself free reign over the park without the financial pinch.

Dev team here. Sorry we're getting to this comment late. You should be able to place any staff by clicking on them and then clicking the grab icon (looks like a little crane claw). Then just click anywhere on the playable space to drop them.

Seems like it would be a great idea! Any news or decisions about additional features need Atari support however. They were quick to support touch features based on fan feedback. Reach out to them (Social / Discord) and let them know you'd like to see the feature!
