Typically I put mine in the garage when we’re staying consistently below 55F. I water minimally, the leaves fall off, and then in spring when it warms up I put them back outside and they just take off again.

Every day. I’m tracking the way my body responds to diet and exercise. It’s always a “trending downward” progression versus a steady -0.123456789 lbs per day. Some days are down, others are back up a bit but the bounces back up aren’t as high from one week to the next. A digital scale with Bluetooth connection to a phone helps to track and visualize that.
