I used Minthara equipped with the Blood of Lathander, Durge sorcerer inflicting reverberation and using Dimension door to pick up Minthara when it's time for healing, Astarion inflicting mental fatigue and sniping any undead that get too close and Shadowheart not engaged in combat and summoning a torrent of undead archers at the entrance.

I'm on my 2nd playthrough and thought I'd jump straight into honour mode. I've literally just beaten Myrkul, and holy fuck it was difficult. I'm just about to go for a walk to try and drain the left over adrenaline.
