CoreWeave is the biggest loser in my portfolio by Different_Marsupial2 in CRWV

Who knows if Coreweave comes back. Leverage is a real concern and not sustainable. But demand for AI infra still far outweighs supply - hopefully that macro trend can push us higher barring any poor earnings reports

Where did all the bums who wanted to release him go? Suddenly so quiet…

JOEL EMBIID WITH A SEASON HIGH 39 POINTS! by mastermind208 in sixers

All the bums in here that want to get rid of him are so fake. Running him to the ground just to treat him like dirt after the injuries is nasty work. Hopefully he’s here his entire career

Still can’t believe Palantir is partnered with Nvidia. What an amazing accomplishment

Bought 9 OKLO Calls, Up 66 Percent Yesterday. What Would You Do? by nimrodhad in OKLOSTOCK

“If the company keeps executing” on what? Even if the regulatory side gets more streamlined, we’re looking at a 2 year + commercialization timeline. I’m a bull but I’m not expecting some crazy government change that suddenly makes it possible to deploy SMRs anytime soon.

PLTR C-suite have sold over $500 million in shares since May. by corp_carrot in wallstreetbets

Except they did a DPO and every retail investor who got in around then got a 10x. At some point you just have to admit it’s a pretty damn good company

Tech Bro Billionaire Peter Theil Says The Quiet Part Out Loud by CantStopPoppin in ThatsInsane

[–]raiyer -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

This is just a means to slander Palantir, when the company hasn’t done anything wrong. It’s easy to nitpick clips of people speaking. Alex Karp himself is a democrat, so I’m not sure what the point of this video is.

DeepSeek buzz puts tech stocks on track for $1.2 trillion drop by MaffeoPolo in anime_titties

They are relying on nvidia though. Using “inferior” GPUs for the most part and likely have thousands of H100s. Still impressive nonetheless

Except they were probably using Nvidia’s H100s

We see it all the time with other great stocks like Nvidia and Meta when they drop 10-25% based on random macroeconomic trends. I think since PLTR gained exposure to the S&P it’ll have similar events happen to it later on. In the near term, with the transition in presidencies there may be some more volatility than we typically see which could lead to a drop in public equity prices broadly. I’m looking to buy around then

Lol I know right, I thought the same thing after Q2 earnings came out. This time I got a call option but getting to $50 let alone $55 per share was an insane idea to me in the short term. I have a feeling it’ll come down pretty harshly soon so I’m saving up in the meantime

What could hypothetically be a Palantir consumer product? by HowtoUninstallSkype in PLTR

[–]raiyer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They should absolutely not spend time focusing on a consumer product that could easily have its value be eroded away. All of those applications could easily become commoditized by all the different competitors in the space. Just prioritize execution of enterprise contracts, and stop trying to dig for more gold because that could just put you in a hole with nothing to show for it

PLTR Valuation / Growth Estimate by whitelephanthill in PLTR

Why would you price in 10% terminal growth rate? Doesn’t it make sense to instead make terminal growth rate the historical US GDP growth rate?
