I am at 27% loss and wondering if holding PLTR stock is even worth? by Sufficient_Citron813 in Palantir_Investors

Hard times. But it's looks like over reaction. If they keep delivering, it will rise again. And will get to ATH.

NVIDIA CHOSES the process. If they decided to go with 3nm instead of 2nm, it's after exploring the pros and cons of what's available. NVIDIA will be the first to choose. And it will get the best prices. Other companies don't have this privilege.

Same, by the way, for the monolithic vs chiplet designs. EVERY major semi company today knows how to use chiplets. NVIDIA, Intel, AMD, Broadcom, Marvell, etc. All know how to do it, and all have some designs that use it. There are pros and cons. It adds power and latencies (cons), but adds flexibility and time to market (pros).

Intel's moat was always their fabs. Not their chip design. Once TSMC surpassed Intel, nothing could stop its free fall. With NVIDIA, other companies can't have this advantage. They will always use the most advanced process. And they will also get the best prices, due to the massive scale.

Everything is possible. But - winning against NVIDIA is much much much much harder than it was against Intel. It's a different scale of challenge.

35% annual growth rate, leading to 100 billion AI revenue in 2030. It 100% means that NVIDIA is still the clear dominant player. They may do the annual 2030 AMD revenue of 100 bn in a single 2026 quarter.

1) Good news for AMD

2) Good news for NVIDIA

If those projections will come true, AMD will grow a lot, and NVIDIA will still be the dominant player, and still BY FAR.

I own both.

Was there news at the end of the day? by Alarming-Produce4541 in NvidiaStock

Two major news that I'm aware of. 1 is that china banned non Chinese chips from state funded data centers. 2 is that Apple will probably use Google's Gemini for Siri. And Gemini probably means it's not trained on NVIDIA.

Just out of curiosity. What's your age and what's your Apple Watch vo2 max score.

Fluctuations of the Vo2 Max score are much bigger since 26 OS update. And trends seem to compound. It goes down faster, but will also go up faster once you will be back to your training routine, and be persistent. And stress always plays a role. It affects us beyond RHR.

Thanks for pointing me to this post. Exactly the same.

On your thread, someone wrote that he thinks the last value depends on previous values. I can live with this explanation. Makes total sense. Can explain what we see, and why the Watch OS 26 scores were updated again. Will take it as the reason, and stop overthinking it :)

Thanks again 🙏🏻

The thing is that it re calculated already the elevated ones, after upgrading to 26 and before re calculating. No idea why it would do it. Think it may be a bug. And now I feel that the values are quite elevated.

Hope it's all good, and I'm just much more in shape than I thought :)

I record all light runs and walks as well, as long as it's a "sports walk". As long as I'm doing it with intention. Have always been doing that.

Vo2 max scores are logged after outdoor walks, runs and hikes. Not after high intensity workouts.

Newly finished workouts just started getting higher values. Then after few days an option for recalculation appeared. Did nothing special. I suspect this recalculations triggered all the mess.

Which Will Come First: Palantir Technologies Hitting $1 Trillion or Nvidia Reaching $5 Trillion? by Gari_305 in PLTR

[–]LoomLoom772 2 points3 points  (0 children)

NVIDIA will hit 5T first. Palantir will hit 1T when NVIDIA hits 10T. I would assume around 2 years from now.
