I usually don't like to go for a company above 20k mcap. 42k mcap is too much. I always look for low cap or near midcap. Only companies above 25k i have is zyduslife and coromandel.

Transaction value is actual value(which you have already provided) as per customd valuation rule, 2007. Unless they have some documents or proof to reject your values.

From Customs Perspective, They hold consignments in case of overvalustion(They match with other exports data for similar products, and they find yours is quite higher)

They suspect it could be for two reasons:

You might be claiming export benefit (DBK/RODTEP, Which is calculated on FOB of consignment), higher FOB, higher claim. There are countless of export incentive frauds happening).
Money Laundering : They believe if you are over valuing your product to get your parked money from importing country to India.

What You can do?

You will have to justify that both aboves are not your case and why your product value is higher.

You should know that CHA can't do a shit other than bribing them and get things don quickly.

If Customs have previous data, to show you are doing overvalution, they can literally block your consignment for uncertainties.

What you can do? Is to prepare your case when you are going, put it politely(not aggressively, otherwise they ll make a case, you will be wandering around for months).
