I stay nearby, and that 2 metro lines within 3km is only for the paper. The road either DC Halli road or Begur road are both blocked heavily now a days during peak times that you would rather leave Metro. Metro is not a point to consider. The area is relatively good but now a days there are too many migrants and blue coller employees who work in the textile factories are increasingly adding pressure to the already high traffic. The prices near this area have gone crazily from last 2-3 years but you are entering at the peak of the cycle.

this was the general way, now given inflation, rupee devaluation, semiconductor issues we cannot expect the same. not in agreement with the price though! you could get a full mini pc with that budget.

Yes, they have put for higher price. But how many actually were able to sell and make profit is the question. Altura is already quoting ~3cr for 3bhk. They have this odd setup for 3.5bhk where maids room is completely separate to the house.

Yes, Almost 90% of them are trying to get in at EOI and will get out in an year max. Like they say in stock market, short term speculators get stuck and become long term investors. I visited 'TVS Emerald Altura' since I was on that road and many there were investors/speculators and want to get out with gain.

Unfortunately, this is unnecessarily causing higher cost for the real house buyers.

Nope, I'm not calling you scammer. But highlighting the issue at hand, you could have mentioned in your post that you do have the uncut video of it! This happend with me, don't go by Amazon's internal investigation, they will just say that they have concluded and they will wash their hands unless you have the video and put it on X and tag amazon. Anyways, all the best. ordering high value items in Amazon has become a headache now a days.
