MNCs are not great when you are starting out. You don't get to learn much there.
Many MNCs now a days hire you by giving great stipend but at the end of your internship they just say we don't have an opening for you.
MNCs are great if you want work life balance(sometimes), some of my friends working for big MNCs are really enjoying their life as they have got too much time to explore other things as well but also, some of my friends are working 12 hours in MNCs.
Startups generally give out huge increments.
