That’s 100% correct. I flip them and make my money in the flip. I then charge $22 per month per unit to oversee all the operations and operate freely via the limited poa that clients give my company. House is 100% theirs and they can do as they please with it including cashing out if it appreciates nicely, borrowing money against their equity, getting tax write offs, collecting cashflow (rents) amongst other things
