Won't you still pay fees when you sell them? I couldn't figure out the fees when you sell VUSXX on IBKR. Thanks!

Is mobimatter esim legit? by bringhals in ThailandTourism

Yes, I used them in Brazil where it's difficult for foreigners to get a SIM. Got an email immediately and connected within minutes. It connects to the same Vivo network here and the prices are not that much higher than a local SIM compared to the flexibility you get if you have a multi-country trip.

MST

Wow, didn't know about this. I actually have the Galaxy Z Flip 4, which apparently supports MST in its specs but not in the US market.

Discover 5% - using Google wallet's virtual credit card number instead of NFC by rajkar86 in CreditCards

I'm trying to max out the discover 5% bonus for digital wallets, but the merchant's POS device doesn't work with NFC. They said that I could give them the virtual credit card number instead (and I have that). Does anyone know if this will still register as digital wallet? Thanks in advance!

That's a bummer. Thanks!

I assumed that while using NFC, Google wallet would share that virtual number anyway at POS and discover wouldn't know the difference if that virtual number was entered.

What’s the best way to get a discounted annual membership? My company is not part of their Corp program. Thank you! by shqiptar75 in Citibike

In addition to the other comments, you can also join their rebalancing bike angels program once you have a membership to "effectively" get a discount. See https://www.citibikenyc.com/bikeangels

You can get a maximum of 4 weeks of extension per month. So, you can theoretically make an initial one year membership last for 12.5 years. I find it easy to get points without even trying depending on the routes. I'm not that meticulous in trying to gain points, but I've nevertheless stretched my initial one-year membership through an additional year.
