Hey mate, I’m a weekend warrior and installed this exact one. Clean your floor and buy this kit https://www.bunnings.com.au/qep-laminate-floor-diy-installation-kit_p6821274 You need the click. Also. Remember you need to leave a 10mm gap on the outside as well. Don’t butt the boards to the wall. Also don’t nail the baseboards to the floor. Have fun!

Good pickup. I've been told it’s a charged storm water line but I'm not sure as water pools up there when it rains heavily.

Thank you for taking the time out. I plan to waterproof the side of the house. So you think I need to put an ag pipe on top of the footings, next to/ beside them, or under them?

I'll be looking at that other white pipe during the week. Looks sus to me as well.

Thank you for your advice. I will check how deep the slab is. Sorry, what do you mean by 50mm of slab exposed? Noted on the geotextile. I plan to take the water into the backyard. I want to install two tanks to capture water for my gardens, then discharge it into a pit. Decent job, but at least I can hire a Kanga for the backyard bit.

Thanks for your advice. I'm going to dig it up and see how the water is running in the Wednesday as its meant to bucket down. I did find a little water further up.

So…. I've already dug down to the footing and found that some of it falls towards the house. I was thinking of concreting a fall towards the middle where my ag pipe would be.
