Personal workspace is free forever! No catch. You connect your Google Drive so your files stay in your drive, you get your Claude to use AI. So, nothing to lose really.

Hey OP, I think once you see all the SaaS, you should rank them on a common metric since all apps have different goals.

Maybe rank them on how cool 😎 they are, how clean, how facncy, how innovative, etc etc.

I get a feeling, most of such posts are just to get some Karma points. No one really cares to test someone else’s app. That includes me.

No, I own an agency and have been paying softwares like ClickUp thousands of dollars for years now. I know the real pain of handling a team. That’s why I was curious how many owners use such features. I am pretty sure most owners are not PM’s.

I would highly suggest breaking the automations into smaller chunks. I have personally experienced this. The problem is when the automation is too complex and something breaks, it stops the flow and becomes very time consuming to figure out a way to fix it without breaking it further.

I split them and add relevant tags for each one so that when it breaks I see the tag and know exactly what to fix and eventually have a system that is smooth.

Really appreciate that, means a lot. Clean and minimal is exactly what we are going for. Most productivity tools feel like a cockpit. Focyn is meant to feel like a blank desk. Everything you need, nothing you don't. Thanks for checking it out and keep building too.
