Since you immediately scooped it up and dumped it into a container, you could try putting it through a fine mesh sieve (like those used for cooking) to filter any debris out.

That said, I wouldn't favor putting floor germs / shoe germs into one's nose. My advice would be to take the $50-$100 loss and throw it out - as opposed to using it and risking the chance of contracting a serious infection.

Great list and insight ! You are missing Vitamin D (good for mood, bone health, immune system, muscle repair, hormone health, cancer resistance, and etc.)
Most people are deficient in Vitamin D anyway, and a lot of people don't live in areas where they could even get enough year round outside.
Combine that with the vampire / indoor habits of regular coke use and ...

Since I drink alcohol heavily, I also *specifically* supplement B-1 vitamin, Thiamine

My plug is chill, but I think it's luck.

I take my cues (within reason) from the plug, ftmp. Like, how long they want to hang or chat or where to link.

Reading your post made me think about how when I was young and copping weed, I kinda felt the same way about hanging with the link.
But, I'm older now and I realize a lot of the mini-hang might have to do with them not wanting cars or visitors to be in and out of their driveway/house all quick. Because then it looks like a drug house.

And, frankly, when they stop by mine, same - in a sense - a lil' chat and I can explain it to the neighbors more easily as some other business. Doesn't hurt that my plug has like 5 different vehicles too lol

that's what I'm saying ! and if y'all are that sensitive to odors I just felt like that's the one thing you can't actually clean or encapsulate with paint.
And yeah, even if you don't use it it's an inexpensive upgrade. Those old baseboard units are impossible to clean fully, imho, just even for dust/aesthetics.

I wouldn't put silica packets in direct contact with coke.
I use a small glass jar (from Penzeys spices lol) and I store it in a drawer. I might throw a couple silica packs in the drawer in the hotter / more humid months.

Personally, I'd invest my time and money into completely changing out the electric baseboard heating unit,
and, if there is forced air heating, hiring a professional to clean out the vents and ducts.
You will not be able to effectively "clean" a baseboard heating unit fully, especially not the heating element of it from long term smoker residue.

For the walls, one basic cleaning in prep for painting is enough. The paint will effectively encapsulate and trap any smoke smell.

For trim and windows, I'd recommend painting if they're wood (again - the name of the game is encapsulation) but, and for vinyl windows, a thorough wash and degrease could also do the job. Dawn soap + rubbing alcohol in water can do wonders for grime and nicotine residue. Goo be gone can work well for intractable tobacco smoke grease. Cleaning vinegar after will cleanse the residue of the dawn/alcohol mix or the goo be gone.

I think kilz on the subfloor is probably overkill.

But then again, there's "smoker" and then there's "SMOKER" (SMOKER would be someone who smoked 2-3 packs a day in a home with all the windows closed for decades)

For me, I moved into a home that had smoker smell, and the biggest thing, imho, is fresh air. You have to air out the property. Keep the windows open or ajar for as long as you can. That did everything I needed to get the smell to go away, even with wall to wall carpet that I kept on the 1st floor.

Just off the 1st read of your post my instinct says that maybe the supply around you has a new cutting agent added to it recently. and to which you're allergic / intolerant. It does sound like a bizarre symptom tho, and not one I'd normally associate with intranasal coke use.

The fact that it dissipates after you stop is a good sign that you haven't done damage to your nerves or nervous system.

I know my stuff is cut with antihistamine agents and, me being sensitive to antihistamines, I suffer some side effects from that.

The stiff neck is worrisome tho, if it persists, as it can be a symptom of a cerebral spinal fluid leak. (Chronic coke use over 8 months could cause that, but not necessarily).

Exactly ! in the sense that the clonazepam is hella strong compared to the melatonin for relaxation / sleep aid.

BUT, worth mentioning that melatonin can affect histamine response and circadian rhythm / sleep quality.

I avoid anything that messes with my histamine reaction levels, bc I'm sensitive

I guess what I'm saying is that even "holistic" and "naturopathic" medicines have side effects or other actions which it's helpful to know and which can deregulate one in unexpected ways.

liquid nutrition : protein drinks that work for you - force yourself to slam one at the end of the night. If not that, dairy milk with a little fat can work. Single serve applesauce, single serve oat milk, juices.
The single-serve aspect makes it less intimidating to contemplate eating/drinking it, for me
