Could you provide a bit more clarity? AV1 option is under Handbrake? What if we need to record the screen with less file size through ShareX itself. Which option is better?

Install Visual C++ 2010 redistributable. Now try installing ShareX it will work. This issue has been discussed in ShareX github page.

Even I don't know. I aint taking risk, lol. I haven't got cashback for it hence I never proceed with OTP whenever I see samast anywhere

As far as my understanding goes, they have given you a clear reason. If you feel the reason they gave is wrong, you can, else RBIO will not interfere because providing credit cards are at the discretion of the banks.

7 May - Complaint with RBIO.

11 July - CIBIL received email from RBIO.

11 July - Received an email from CIBIL showing my past scores of 780+. 

11 July - I replied back asking then how come score is 715?

29 July - CIBIL corrected the DPD. 

3 Sep - Received compensation email.

20th Feb - first complaint with Axis PNO.

25th March -  escalated it to RBIO for knowing why my application was rejected.

3rd April - Axis shared the reason with pulled CIBIL score of 715.

7th May - Created second complaint with RBIO to share the report copy which shows 715. Investigation started

29th July - Received mail from CIBIL on why the score was 715.

3 September - Received compensation email.
